- All meals , juices and snacks. (We hand pick Fresh, delicious, whole, living foods that are mostly organic , to prepare Vegetarian meals, (except for Fresh Fish 1-2 days). Meals and snacks are light, but energy-enhancing. The food we eat, is the same type of food we will recommend for your healthy living- weight-loss program. We will teach you how to prepare the meals so that you can continue this optimum healthy eating.

- 2 Kayak trips with well known Naturalist & Whale / Dolphin Guide –Imagine seeing a Whale surface next to your kayak, or see playful Spinner Dolphins jumping and Spinning out of the water , and splashing near your kayak! Can you also see yourself exploring pristine bays and volcanic coves, and enjoying the breathtakingly beautiful ocean views as you paddle?
- 4 Snorkel/ Swim trips from shore (these are my favorite snorkeling spots) where Green turtles and/ or Dolphins like to hang out.
- “Sweat Your Prayers” Join 40-50 other Maui friends in a beautiful Yoga/Dance Studio, for a movement/ dance workout that connects you to community.
- Kirtan or Zicker -Experience an evening of Devotional Music/Chant, that transcend one into divine remembrance, oneness and bliss.

- Whale/ Dolphin communication with Willie “the whale whisperer” and/or Teresa (researcher of Dolphin communication). We will watch underwater Viewing of Dolphin and Whale videos/ DVDS . We will be exploring all week what we can learn from our cetacean friends, that can enhance our well-being, and how we can feel connected with nature .
- Support system within the group, for follow-up on weight and fitness goals, with monthly email reminders and suggestions from Super T for 1 year.
- Massage , Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Watsu and other Spa Therapies are available at additional costs.
Please note that we allow flexibility with out schedule to optimize weather conditions and for maximum enjoyment for our group.
Since Whales and Dolphins are Wild and Free, and their schedules , along with the weather/ocean conditions, cannot always be predicted, we cannot guarantee that we will see them or that they will be able to interact with us. However, our experience is that if we let go of expectations, and create a space for unlimited possibilities, while intending to have outrageous fun and great learning experiences in the moment–then the perfect situations and experiences will unfold. Then, most of the time–we find our interactions with our Whale/Dolphin friends, exceed what we thought was possible, and we truly feel blessed .
